having a jamming issue. if some one puts a penny or nickel in it it jams right at the gate. it should roll on through to the return slot right? any one have the fix?

When was the last time you opened the door and wiped out the inside of the coin acceptor with something like Windex? Do you have the small screws in the door to keep it closed? We test our Slugbuster III every day with a nickel to make sure they aren't jammed up. You could give the Parker girls a call at 616-784-6500 or 800-752-0762
