The AMS factory has made some warranty procedure changes that we want to pass onto our customers. There has no change in the length of any of the warranties, but the warrantied part(s) has to be returned to the factory (or us) WITHIN 30 DAYS of the part being sent to the customer. The factory has been lenient up to this time on the 30 day time frame , but we were informed that they are no longer going to honor the delays. The company has always been very good on warranties and continues to be, but times change.

ShurVend will continue to assist any of our customers with warranty work on their vendors, but we will now ask for a credit card to be in your file to protect ourselves. If parts are not returned to us or the factory within the 30 day limit, we will have to process your card for the part that you received under warranty. It is just good business practice.
