Selling Carwash

When selling carwash that uses washcards , does the buyer buy the total of wash cards being used or does the seller have to pay the payer for the total of washcards out and being used ?

I would try to settle on a 50% figure. The new owner would want to keep the loyal customer base for future business so I think they should be willing to pay. I assume you are selling the wash card at prepaid basis.
