Self Service bays-low pressure-cat pumps

1) I have 3 self service bays with 3 cat 310 pumps. Some times the pumps will bog down, like they are going to stop, why?

2) My gages on the pumps say they are pushing 1200psi, but each bay wand is defiantly not pushing 1200psi. I have replaced all lines from the pumps to the bays, what gives. Is it my Paraplate unloader/regulators or my pumps need to be rebuilt.

3) One of my cat pumps, appears to be leaking oil, or something. I have to refill it every few days, why?

Don't know what you mean by "bog down," maybe the belts are loose. How do you know the wand isn't pushing 1200? Put a tee on the wand with a new gauge to check. Oil leaking means a bad seal, just change the seal.

a) loose belt
b) insufficient water supply
c) could be other things as well, you need to supply more info. Video (with sound) helps a lot.

a) As MEP said, you need to measure it in each bay. That is not optional, "feel" is not acceptable.
b) You WILL lose some pressure due to friction in the hoses, pump psi is always higher than wand psi.
c) If gauge at the pump says 1200, regulator is probably ok

As MEP said, probably bad seals. But refilling every few days, yikes, could also be a cracked crank case?
