Self serve bay heated water temperature?

I’m installing new instant hot water heaters one for each bay. However, I’m curious what temperatures you are running your heated soap water at? I’m thinking ambient temp of tap
Is low 60 or upper 50’s but not sure where I need it to be to size them.
