Scratching from Soft Gloss

Does anyone get complaints of scratching or swirls from the SoftGloss and how do you handle the complaints from these customers

I just let them feel the material. If you take 1 of the little strands of foambrite and smack them with it as hard as you can they generally get the picture that it will not scratch their car.
