Like most of us, I used to have a cavalier attitude concerning safety. I mean, it only happens to the other guy, right? Well it didn't take too many incidents for the workers comp people to cancel us into a high risk pool. They calculate it by ratio of techs to claims. I had one tech and one claim, so 100% risky. Now I always tell people that we want to end the day with the same number of fingers and toes that we started with.
