that could be anyone of the 6 Ultrasonic errors. Check the X input lights on the mother panel. Last time I had that error was a Right rear Utrasonic that was not emitting properly. Number 5 light would be blinking. Car would come to stop way short of arm. And during wash, gantry would go way past behind the length of car. what problems are you having with this error?

It depends on what type of wash you have. On a softgloss it may be as simple as running another wash to get rid of the code. Code 74 can come up while the wash is idle if someone or something is in the bay. The PLC thinks something is wrong because the readings from the sensor to the floor change indicating there may be a problem. If it does not go away you may have a sensor going bad.
