Just getting a gas station and it has car wash with Ryko machine.

1. Any recommendations on car wash service company in Bay Area, CA?
2. Any experience with CPC model, I am expecting 4000 car washed per year based on prior owners numbers.

California is a Ryko factory direct area. The Central California service # is:714-441-0637 and 714-441-0634. I know the service manager for this area and he is one of the best! The Sacramento office # is 916-372-8815 and the Hayward office is 510-441-2682.

If you are expecting 4000 cars per year, you might want to consider changing the bay over to a more profitable use. That comes out to an average of 11 cars per day. Throw in your operating expenses and cost of space, and you aren't left with a noce margin. If you are going to use outside maintenance there will be months where you won't make a dime. Unless the prior owner acdtivtively turned away customers and you feel you can double the revenue, you ought to consider using the bay for repairs or oil change. Just my .02 worth.
