Ryko SoftGloss Treadle

Has anybody moddified the treadle system for the SoftGloss such as: pressure pads, photoeyes or a new designed treadle system? I wish Ryko could make a new design like PDQ "no treadle" design reason is I had a tilt switch go out and what's worse the bolts that hold the cover over it started to spin I got 1 bolt out the other broke off flush with concrete. I know Ryko Mfg is "now" watching this forum I wish we could work together on a new design I would be willing to use our wash to work with them.

I have switched over many Rykos that used the treadle to a pressure pad. Get the wide ones and they will work fine. If you need a short time fix for your treadles now you can run a jumper wire on the PLC from the left and right treadle switch inputs so that if one is working it sends the signal to both so the PLC will start the wash.
