Ryko Code 49 on SoftGloss XS

I keep getting the Code 49 "Vehicle not Detected" for some reason so I checked the alignment of the photoeyes they are straight and level, I checked the lights on the PLC they are working properly, the unit is as far to the end of the track as possible, the back-up hose is new, and it's not on every vehicle besides replacing the photoeyes what else could I check?

Treadle plates maybe. Set a filled 5 gallon bucket on each one and make sure they are triggered on the PLC for each side.
