There isn't a rear-load car wash bill changer that has the recycler, but they do have a credit-card to token dispenser with the recycler that can be used as a bill-to-quarter changer without taking credit cards. The 400 model changer is a light-duty unit for laundromats and arcades.

First Video talks about rear load model which is shown off to the side on another video?
Why is it lighter duty?
(I have Hamiltons. Not familiar with rowes.)

You're right, I just didn't see the 400 rear-load on Rowe's site.
By "light-duty" I meant the 400 front load is not going to be a good choice for an unattended site (like a self-serve car wash) with the front of the validator unprotected, and the fact that it's designed to mount on a pedestal.
