revenue sharing

Thanks for replying... I was talking about someone having property/space but not the funds for equipment and someone else bringing in equipment/carwash as revenue share. I understand depending the price and all but what would be reasonable terms as far as length etc... Thanks again... ;)
 
Sounds like you should form a partnership, corporation or buy the land from the person.

I'd suggest the last option, as I have been in a partnership and I'd rather swim with electric eels than do that again.
 
Most likely you will find a potentially good partner if the prospects for the site as a carwash are excellent. Otherwise, the partnership probably won’t last long and you can’t make much money from removing building and equipment.
 
Good MOrning... and thanks for your reply... I dont know if a partner would be a good thing... Ive heard of some manufactures that do a revenue share... with regards to the equipment. I know most of them are roll overs Im thinking this space deserves an express wash. Thanks again for the response...
 
If you perform due diligence properly then just get financing and do it all yourself. Share the revenue with you!
