I used to have 4 wash packages on my Razors and 1 buy-up. A few years ago I eliminated bottom package ($8) that about 7-8% of my customers where buying and just kept the $10,$12,$15. I later moved pricing to $12,$14,$18 without modifying the packages but added buy-up’s for Graphine (had been Ceramic for a long time) for $5 and bug-off or salt neutralizer for $2.
I’m rethinking pricing. I’d like to go up but I don’t think my market move bear an increase.
Because I only have 3 packages I’m considering a package above my top wash (currently $18) and going to a package that includes both buy-ups and an extra pass of presoak.
The alternative is adding a monthly/seasonal wash. That would ideally be priced above my per car average, which is $16 for YTD 2025.
I’ll post a pic of my menu board tomorrow when I get to the wash
