Got this idea from a tv show about hair salons. They try and get the client to re-book when they are cashing them out. Makes sense for detailing, right?:

My question is :"what is the proper way to ask about re-booking and at what interval?".

I was pondering saying something like:"can we please call you in 3 months for another appointment" or something like that.

What do you do?

You might say something like, "Let me see when would be a good time to set you up with an appointment, down the road, we take your email and send you a reminder. When would work for you? Evenings or days?"

Or, "we have a new program, where we can give you an appoint me in 3 months, get your email and send you a reminder."
