Razor XR-7 charging customers twice

I have a new Razor XR-7 and it double charges one or two customers a week. The IBA is connected to an older American Changer paystation (AC8001). The customer will pay (cash or card) then it will flash an out of order message then ask for payment again and it will work.

Any ideas on what this could be?

Probably a communication error between the razor and paystation or a paystation error. I would start with a call to American Changer, hopefully they still have some support for that paystation.
