Radiant Floor Heating for SS Bays

Wondering if anyone knows of a company that specializes in radiant floor heating for SS bays?

I purchased a 30 year old 6 bay (5/1) car wash in a good location back in May. After generating the list of things that should be or need to be fixed, replaced, or discarded I am slowly getting thought the list (by priority). I knew the place needed work before the purchase so few surprises.

I am looking to avoid a rough winter like the past one with ice everywhere from the weep system and from water usage since my old radiant system worked in only one bay due to bad piping (the original builder used poor piping). Looking to install new radiant heated floors, probably a 3-4" pour over the existing cement floors instead of ripping up the current floors. *

Do you know of any firms that are good at such a task? *

Do you have any rough sense as to the cost for such a system? *

I am getting a piping quote from the commercial plumber who has done work at the place and a cement quote from a local company that cleans their (non-cement) trucks at my place however I am wondering if there is some new technology out there as I see new flooring systems for home garages.

Many thanks....Jordan

Has anyone tried Infrared Heating for SS Bays? Marketing material makes it out to be an easy alternative to pouring a floor but just makes me wonder about it's effectiveness and operating costs. Anyone with experience on this technology?
