Pvc Man Door

Greetings, my PVC man doors have bowed so that light can be seen over an inch top and bottom when CLOSED. The manufacture said that I should not have painted them (DARK BROWN, OUTSIDE) , and their revised door with inner galvanized steel supports, now has a disclaimer if you paint them. When will manufactures test their products, and then go to market? KEEP YOUR PROTYPES! TOO many times we pay good money, pay for installation, then pay all over again for the revised product, plus shipping, that should have been offered originally. Ok, venting over.
So , has anyone had long term success with a painted PVC man door? Is it facing to the south? Who are the DIFFERENT MANUFACTURES? THANKS, Lav

What a crock!!! If there isn't/wasn't a disclaimer on the original door, I'd take their butts to small claims. There is no way that should have happened. I'd take a 2" angle iron the length of the door and put some longer bolts at the top and bottom tightening them until you straighten it back right.
