Hello all,
My name is Yaks, located in Australia.
I have been interested getting into the market here in Australia.
I have driven past 2 closed down automatic car washes that are located across petrol/gas stations (same land).
As my head is going through so many scenarios, I wanted to register here and ask for advise.
My idea is to contact the owner of the car washes / land owner to see if it was possible to rent/lease these automatic washes.
My main question I was hoping to have answered was, would a single site automatic touchless wash be profitable?
Obviously it all comes down to how much rent/lease is a month, total washes etc, but I was hoping to see if anyone had experience with a single standalone automatic car wash?
