Worked on a sweet BMW 325i today. It had a serious dent on the rear bumper cover.

Body shop quoted a high $ amount to repair. While it still needs some body filler and painting (cracked paint), the results were great, I think.

The method I used was to heat the area with a heat gun and pop the dent from inside with my hand.

I have used one of those glass carry suction cups things with some success too.

You can smooth out dents in plastic panels like that with body filler, but Bondo isn't very flexible. If that same panel gets bumped again, it will just crack and fall off. The only correct repair is to replace the panel. I don't know what it would cost for a BMW rear bumper, but I found an eBay store that sells a painted and ready-to-install front bumper for a Camry for less than $300.
