I have no Loitering signs. Amazing how many people pull in to a bay and then talk on the phone for several minutes before getting out to wash.
 
I don't have signs like that. I don't think anyone would ever obey those signs anyway. If you watch the cop cam videos on YouTube they're full of people being pulled over for DUI and texting or talking on the cell phone the whole time while the officer is trying to perform the traffic stop and gauge whether or not the people are oui. If they're not going to obey the direct instructions of a police officer in their presence how can we expect them to follow the rules on a sign at a car wash? Not a chance.
