I am having an issue with a PDQ docking dryer that I cannot resolve and need help. Keep in mind I have a door option. After the last pass of the wash the Laserwash docks to the dryer, the trolley will move over to the right until inputs X23 and X30 are on. The arch does not rotate and if I am correct it is not suppose to with a door option. The Laserwash will then create a "arch rotate fail fault" and shut down the wash. I have cold started the controller and that didn't help. Can anyone help me out here?

My guess is that the door option - option number is not in the cpu, and your actually getting an arch rotate fault.
Please give me or our tech support group a call and we can verify your lasermind option number is correct for the options on your machine.
There are so many possable issues here, please give me a call at PDQ so we can discuss real time.
