PDQ Access paystation not dispensing change.

I have an error on my Access home screen describing my "Shock aux board" is in error. Anyone seen this before on an Access? Recommended resolution? I checked the coin hopper, nothing clogged, did a system reset, and also a power cycle. Still have the same issue. Need a new board?
