PDQ 360

Hello
we have pdq 360 laser wash and we recently noticed that main breaker trips every couple of days. it doesn't trip all the way just little bit and hard to say it tripped.
it also Tripp breaker inside the metal box.
we are trying to figure out what could the problem be?im thinking its bad breaker and thinking to replace it tomorrow.
I would really appreciate any help.

Make sure all terminal screws are tight from the breaker all the way to the motor. If they are tight, then check for amp draw on each leg.

Most of the time it's not the motor but you can do an amp draw real quick to rule that out. The breaker almost never is the issue either. The contactor and overload is the first things I would check because your tripping both the main breaker and the control cabinet disconnect. One of them could be bad. Also your overload is probably not correctly set or bad since your tripping both breakers.
