I sold my 5/1 today. I just want Forum members to know how pleased I have been with my WW Razor, the service support and Blendco chemicals Professional Car Wash supplied. I had the Razor installed four years ago after using a gantry style machine for seven years. Once the machine was installed, it was like all anxiety left my body. I now had an IBA that was almost twice as fast, cleaned better, far more reliable and did not break down. My customers loved it. My need for a service tech was once or twice a year. If I needed phone support, the #800 tech support was excellent. The local service techs actually had common parts and provided quick service response.
