Paraplate Vacuum Timer Model 24400

We have always used Paraplate timers in our Vacuums. These newer models have a grace time feature we would like to turn off. Does anyone know how to accomplish this? Their directions make zero reference to the grace time feature. I have also called and left a voicemail with US Paraplate and nobody has called back in two days! Thanks.

I quit using the Paraplate after they redesigned it. They can't handle the load anymore. I didn't think they even had a grace timer, but if there's no setting to turn it on and off then there's probably no way to deactivate it.
