We own a commercial lot in Redding California that seems to me well suited for a Car Wash. We don't have any experience or knowledge of operating Car Washes but we do own the land - are there operating companies who partner to build out a Car Wash and operate it? We could provide a ground lease or contribute the land in some other way.
We're brand new to this, but this forum seemed like an interesting place to try and learn.
