One Bay stopped registering sale on DAN

Hello, one of my bays stopped registering the sale (cash or CC) on the DAN. you know when you go under Financials and you can choose dates and sale etc etc. I reset the computer, and also opened the box and removed the fuse to kind of doing a harder reset, but still no sale is shown. Is there a quick fix to this? Thanks

Have you tested it to see if it's accepting cards?

I'd probably call Hamilton for support

Yeah. A call Hamilton support. It’s been a while but I think it was keeping the info in the dti unit at the bay. If I’m correct at some point that memory will fill and shut down....but not positive. You will likely need your hand held controller and reset at bay
