Onboard dryers blew

Late yesterday afternoon I got a call from a customer. They said black junk had blew all over Car when the onboard dryers cut on by the time I got there there was black oil or grease all over each side of the machine also I could not get the dryers to cut on no breaker was kicked. I’ve got an electrician this morning coming to investigate. I’ve got my automatic shut down until we can figure out this problem in all the years I’ve been doing this. I’ve never seen anything like this, not one, but the two of the three dryers on the outside not sure about the middle one. I’m gonna send pictures. I should know something later this morning. Any suggestions from you guys would be highly appreciated. Last picture show something trying to come through the bottom of each of the outside dryers. If it wasn’t for the screens, it probably would’ve hit the car.
