Those look like contactors. I would think that you can use a more common one as long as you know the coil voltage and contactor ratings. Are they being controlled by 24VAC? What pump are they controlling? It looks like the top one is not being used, as it only has two wires going to it.
It’s usually a small box with metal prongs to switch the power on and off. If you need an exact replacement, try checking the numbers or letters printed on it and match those when ordering.
