Our industry is truly loaded with incompetent people. I called the sales department of them four times in one week asking for a salesman to call as I had someone interested in buying a drive through. Never could even talk to a human. Never had the calls returned. We are talking weapons grade stupidity here.

Maybe I'm just old school. If they won't respond after 4 freaking calls, they are simply taken off my list. They sell the cheapest thing you can call a carwash with a machine that was designed when Carter was president, and don't even have distributors, just service and sometines install people. They sold a machine to a car dealer near me and brought two techs from Illinois to SW Florida to install it, even though they have two "distributors" within 2 hour drive. We did the wiring. After 5 days they were still not done and left without even doing a test wash.You be the judge.

They sell mainly to car rental companies at airports. Sometimes to car dealerships. This is because the machines don't clean well, as every car is hand washed before it goes through. But it's CHEAP. We deal with all sorts of different wash operators. The last one they did here was sold installed for around 40K
