No water or soap

Hey I just got a 80 gallon compressor hook the hose up to it and turn it on and I check out my wash bays(car wash has been down for a month) I have 4 bays . 2 of them have water and watery soap the other 2 have no water or soap. I’m just asking what could be the problem?
