having problems with a pump with no pressure at the bay but it has pressure at the pump on the guage. I have changed the unloader, gun&wand at bay, checked for leaks going out, check valve on incoming water line, changed incoming waterline (colapsing) checked check valves in pump head, fittings have no obstructions either, packings in the head look good, all connecting rods on pump look good. The pump is a hypro 2340-bp unit. Any other suggestions?

The gauge could be bad. Swap that with another bay first.

You should not be using an unloader if you have weep guns. You want to use a bypass regulator.

Do you still have pressure at the pump when the trigger is pulled? If the pressure drops off then, you would probably be looking at pump problem or water supply issues or a badly worn tip. If the pump pressure stays up even when the trigger is pulled then you have an obstruction between the pump and the gun.
I had a simalar problem last year, and I was overlooking a partially plugged suction screen.
