No Hot Water In Some Bays

I have an older markVII 5 Bay. I can't get hot water to TWO of the Bays.
Have replaced the 3-way Erie solenoids. Have also tried setting the solenoids
open manually. Ther is a toggle switch to set Hot on all time, this also does not work.

Take the cover off and see if the valves are switching completely. The manual switch lever doesn't fully switch from hot to cold, it just opens it about halfway. I've found that the motor tends to go bad before the valve itself.

Do the bays run fine except for only running with cold water or is there no pressure on hot functions?

The bays work fine, no pressure problems. Will check to see if valves are switching when go to location. When I put new Erie solenoid on it still did not work. THANKS for the help,
