I have a problem with my Water Wizard today. The high pressure pump comes on but no water comes out at the gantry. Here is what I have done so far:
1. No vapor lock. I removed high pressure hose at gantry and it pumps fine.
2. I know that it is the high pressure dema valves are not opening because I am not getting 24 volts on my volt meter at the terminal strip.
3. All three valves are not functioning so I think it has something to do with the 24v neutral that feeds these power.
4. I also am not getting 24 volts at the output card that controls the dema valves.

Not sure where to go from here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check your output at the 120 to 24v transformer. Sounds like a bad transformer to me.

I found the problem staring me right in the face. It was a 24 volt fuse that went bad. I wasn't getting a 24v reading at the terminal strip that controlled the Dema valves. So I traced it back. The fuse must have blown when I pinched a wire while changing a hose earlier in the day.
