New to the business and have question about Worldpay

I'm new to the carwash world, I've got a ton of stuff to learn. I recently bought a carwash that is accepting credit cards and world pay is the processor. Are they the only company you can use? I own an automotive repair shop and we have it set up so the charges for using the card is paid by the customer, I guess you can't do that with world pay? Also what are the fees that is normally charged by Worldpay. Any information you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

If you have Cryptopay hardware, you're stuck with Worldpay. Some CC hardware requires a certain merchant processor, some doesn't.
