Just thinking outloud ... it would just need an ethernet connected device that would output pulses wired in parallel with our bill acceptor & coin mechs inside our 2 plc driven dog wash console. It seems do-able & possibly the least expensive to set up ... but the volume for Dwolla could eventually become incredible since they are encouraging less than $10 transactions at a time for free! Since you are in Iowa, keep us posted if they are using the camera on the phone to scan & other details such as if both the customer & the operator would have to pay their monthly fee or what. It seems like it could be a good fit for our laundromat-car wash upgrade that we are getting pretty far along on.

We probably don't want to put all our eggs in one basket for that along with many other "in flux" cashless approaches. We would still want to have our ability to take dollar coins & five dollar bills etc.
