I've finally got word my Razor is scheduled to ship at the end of August after ordering the equipment at the begining of April. So I have a few questions yall may answer since I feel like the supplier is not really organized and hopefully they are better at installs than sales and follow up!
My supplier originally said they would install it in July, then I had a set install the 3rd week of August but now they are telling me its at least a month after the equipment is delivered to installation date. They want me to take delivery of the equipment and let it sit, until who knows when they are really ready to install it, would this be normal? My insurance covers the equipment if it is permanently installed but it is unclear if I would have to get additional coverage for this or anything special.
Also, does anyone have experience with the Wash World distributor from Ft Smith, Arkansas?
