What kind of machine and what's the problem? Pictures help a lot. There are update kits for a lot of the rowe machines, they give you all new inside components

The best thing to do would be to cut your losses and rip out the Rowe changer and put in a Hamilton bill changer. Or you could gut the Rowe changer and install a Standard changer 4K07400-FI conversion kit.
