Need help Adjusting RO unit

Im reading and learning about my RO unit. The Manual was written in another country I could sure use a crash course on its operation. Im not sure exactly what the three flow guages should be reading. I noticed it dumps quite a bit of water out while operating. Any help would be great.

Who manufactures the unit? There are many, many types out there, and they're all adjusted differently.
