6 bays Cat 310 pump equipment
1 Fragamatic frag vac
1 Fragramatic shampoo vac
2 Fragramatics 3 dispensers
12 Max Vac vacs
12 camera security system

There are usually 3 ways to value anything, replacement cost, depreciated value and income generating value. We all know that when you buy it, it is expensive, when its generating cash its got great value, when its in your parking lot at BK auction its worth nothing. Your banker is a moron to even ask this question.

Since you are using it for collateral I assume, if the banker is dumb enough to do this, get as many catalogs as you can and copy the relevant info fr replacement cost value.

took over a wash where the operator was evicted. Had to do a lot of repairs to get stuff working. aafter 6 months got a call from an attorney for the bank that said the had a lien on the collateral and wanted me to pay them. They hired an appraiser. An interesting battle ensued.

Hey, I need your help I own a lot close to Hilton Head Island SC. WHERE THERE IS NO CARWASHES,I have everyone that wants to rent it including lease purchases,but I'm looking for someone that is strong enough to put some money down?
Do you know of any one,I'm also toying with maybe taking in a investor?
I like to have someone that has done this before ,do you know of anyone?
