MV VII, DT 300 plc help

We have been chasing plc issue. First the side nozzles never turned on either during wash cycle or CMI test--the out put light did not come on either. After some discussion with distributer, we sent plc for repair--they did replace output device for side nozzles and checked out other I/O. Now side nozzles still don't work but light comes on during test AND UC works on test but not wash cycle. We have reconfigured wash options a couple times. We have not changed program chip.

Clues?

I don't have any suggestions, but isn't your machine a Mark VII - GT-300?

Yes our machine is a GT 300. Problem fixed--output device for Y 23 was replaced, side nozzles not working was air leak, uc not working was operator error when reconfiguring washes.
