Motor city tire shiner

I have a motor city tire shiner in my in-bay express and i use water based tire dressing, the oil based slings to much on cars. I am constantly having to clean my tips especially during the colder months but even during the summer because the silicon on the tire dressing coagulates and i get small white chuncks in the lines that plug the tips, i have tried JBS and KO tire dressing and have the same issue with both - any suggestions on how to avoid this problem

We've tried several different tire shines products.
Stuck with the oil vs. water based product because most of our customers like it because it's stays on the tires longer. But we do get sling.
We too have the same problems with clogged tips and the only way we've found to help was 1-2 times a month we flow hot water through the lines and tips. But we still have problems once in a while when we get busy and forget to do this.
