This guy is a renter of mine. He is a very dynamic speaker, and I want you to look at his videos. I am not promoting buying anything, as he normally talks to groups. In one video he talks about a customer swearing his head of at the employee. Generally whatever you say doesn't help. His great line was( I am trying to write this all down, can you repeat what you said). He says people will not generally use the same words again. I hope you can use something from the website.
