I have been buying some parts from Mosmatic over the years and never really had any issue with them. Until now. I sold one of their swiveling cleaning head and arm that is used with pressure washers. After the customer used it for about 30 minutes, it stopped spinning. He brought it back to my shop and it didn't work on my washer either. Mosmatic said to return it to them. This was crazy on a new item. I asked them to just send a new swivel under warranty. They did and it didn't work either. So then we sent the whole thing back, along with the now extra swivel. They said it worked fine there-no problem at all. When it comes back, mind you I'm paying the freight which took all the profit, it works. Now Mosmatic is saying they can't take the other swivel back. I own it. Bottom line, they make quality parts, but have their collective head up a dark body orifice. If you buy something of theirs get it through a distributor that will warranty it. But don't call me.

I had the same problem with Mosmatic. We had a swivel for a L4000 fail within 3 weeks, with a low number of cycles. I went through my distributor, they wouldn't do anything to help the distributor. We went to the product show and kinda ganged up on the head cheese. The distributor, partner, and myself. Never the less he basically said his s**t don't stink. It was so bad that the distributor who has always been very calm, was starting to get steamed. Basically they were blaming the failure of the swivel to Pdq's design of the trolley on a L4000. Finally they would gave me a percentage off, but I had it at that time. They are good products when they work, but their attitude precedes there product.

I was thinking about buying some Mosmatic swivels. You made my mind for me. I will look elsewhere. I don't need the extra headaches.
