Hey guys ,
Currently have these tap machine from monex , it is fairly reliable but does at times have issues with not taking customers cards and giving an error on the screen , I normally have to reset the power to bay to get it to work again.
Has anyone seen an uptick in sales by upgraded to their newer touch screen debit machine that gives customers four options/dollar amounts to choose from ? Mine is set at $3 with ability to go up in dollar increments , but I suspect the majority of customers are just selecting $3 because that’s what’s on screen where if it gave them the option on screen they might choose the higher dollar amount resulting in more revenue
Thanks
