Burnsville police arrested a man in the murder investigation of a 22-year-old at a car wash in Rosemount.
The man, 27-year-old Jonas Grice, turned himself into police early Wednesday morning.
Police say 22-year-old Anthony Hartman of Apple Valley was shot several times and killed during an argument with the alleged suspect at the Car Spa Car Wash located at 15215 Canada Avenue. The victim's parents say Hartman was standing up for his friend when he was shot.
Grice is being held at the Dakota County Jail. Investigators expect to formally charge Grice with second degree murder Friday.
