Missing a pin lock key

I bought a new carwash in Maud, TX. It doesn’t have a key to the top pin lock on the vac coin mechanism part. I need to remove it or get a locksmith. I don’t know. You can pm me since it’s sensitive information. The kind of lock is pictured below.
