Metering Tips

Does anyone know the hole size of each pushin type metering tips and the small screw in dema metering tips? I am trying to figure out which tip of one type is the same as other type tip if that makes sense or as close as possible.

What exactly are you trying to do? The hole size even if they match with different color tips between a hydrominder and injector they will still vary on chemical usage because the GPM drawn from each method will be different. The best way to find out how much chemical you’re using or to dial it in is by using a scale and measuring the MLs per usage.

I've taken these charts, printed them and and laminated them. I use 1/4" lines on everything.

I use Dema tips on hydrominder 506 and 511 sometimes to get the right dilution on ultra concentrates using a screw in adapter. In theory, the dilution of a hydrominder should fall between to the 3.25 green and 4.5 purple injector (which is not on this chart). The hydrominder pulls a very similar vacuum as the hydraflex when proper;ly setup (20-25 mmHg) In practice I just take a wild ass guess and adjust as needed.

here's the adapter:
