What type of wash is it? Are all the employees new?

If the weather is good, most holidays are good. Unlike here in Indiana where its rained most days since March! Ugh.

My wash is a 2 in bay auto's but we are running it as a full service wash.
3 experienced one new. I have one amazing employee that is great with the customers and a really hard worker. One hard worker that doesn't speak a lot of english. One kid that works ok when you are watching him but is lazy when your not and one new employee that worked really hard and effectively on his first day but we will see if he keeps it up.

Like some had said, weather is such a big factor. With the rain that we have been having May has turned out be one of the slowest month this year.

Friday was pretty good. Saturday, Sunday and Monday were a little slow.
Weather was good so I am a little suprised.
Good news is I am starting to get a lot of word of mouth customers and I am getting a lot of add on services (quick details and carpet cleaning). There is a community email list that people send reco's and want ads and I have had two customers post that they came through my wash and were really impressed.
